Heritage & listed buildings

Our architectural heritage deserves to be protected and there are many regulations in place to preserve these buildings and features. Our sympathetic renovation schemes, refurbishments and upgrades, not only observe these limitations, but enhance them, ensuring these historic buildings will be enjoyed for many years to come.

  • Baildon Hall

    External and internal 3D scanning helped determine structural repairs, and planning a kitchen refurbishment for the Member’s Club in a 14th century manor house.

  • Grade II Listed dwelling

    This former Headmaster’s Lodge had been divided into two separate dwellings, and required a well designed considerate re-unification to make the house a single dwelling again, as originally intended.

    Some modernisation was required, to a very high standard, including remodelled kitchen and a bespoke, craftsmen built curved staircase, all elements enhancing the period feel of the property.

  • Dales farmhouse

    Sympathetic refurbishments to the 16th century heritage property met local conservation standards, and also repurposing of additional outbuildings were in keeping with the character and materials of this grade II listed farmhouse.

  • Harden Grange

    This 17th century property is Grade II listed with many period features.

    The refurbishment and repair work included stone cleaning and the repair of an orangery, as well as additional works to outbuildings on the large scale parkland site.
